Quelle sera la tâche d’aujourd'hui? Tout le monde est en me regardant avec des visages passionnants. Comme l’hôte, J’ai remis la tâche d’aujourd'hui au terme des deux. The group “A” task is following:
Chaque 2 team members tie their feet together, walked 20 feet to the elevator, then search for a tool to make photo, take 5 photos, then walking back to the finishing spot which is in upstairs.
The group “B” task is similar to group “A”. The only difference is instead of tie their feet, one should carry another on back.
Everyone straggle to run, finally, team “B” finish the game faster. However they failed to pick the right tool to make photo, hence team “A” turned to be the final winner.
Though this competition, college notice that a better way to complete a mission, is taking time to understand the mission first, and then carry are action.
The game is not terminus by this, I then give out a further conceive: “ If the game walking distance is 2 km instead of 20 pieds, which team do you think will be the winner? ” Most of us agree that the term who tie their feet will win.
Although at the beginning, these team members should run a better slow, Cependant, compare to “carry on back” team, this “tying up” is energy consuming, and as the “tie up team” practiced more, they will run faster and faster.
C’est pourquoi, in the working environment, if you are looking for a long term reward, you should choose a long team cooperation method, either to customer or to your college.
