Wet Inlay RFID chips are described as “wet” because they have an adhesive backing. These chips are basically industrial RFID stickers. Wet inlays are passive RFID Tags and consist of two parts:
– An integrated circuit for storing and processing information and
– An antenna for receiving and transmitting the signal.
These are a very cheap “peel-and-stick” option and essentially our most popular tag.
